Gas fire extinguishing system maintenance

Service content

1. according to the time demand of thecontract, to go to the customers’places for fire facilities’maintanence regularly. 

2.have inspection towards thesystem and make sure it works well, the maintenance content includes: stripeoff start-up line electromagnetic valve. Checkthe start line for the distribution of bottle group and the direction ofone-way valve;To have the leakage test of the system , confirming whether thelinkage equipment and solenoid valve movement situation is normal;Dust removalequipment, clean;To recover the system and confirm whether the system is normal;

Security engineering maintenance

Service content

1. Maintenanceof fire control facilities including daily inspection, regular maintenance andannual inspection. Daily check is by our company or the project units fireon duty personnel, regular maintenance shall be done by our company.Annualinspection is burdened by our company and agency.

2.Before receiving maintenance work,maintenance within the scope of their jurisdiction and fire control facilitiesand security facilities to make a comprehensive testing and assessment of theregistration, the existence of hidden dangers to timely rectification.Failureto timely repair of equipment, equipment is beyond repair to the projectsecurity management department puts forward opinions and Suggestions.

3、Monitoring platform should be equipped with full-time personnel onduty to find and deal with breakdown and fire alarm in time.  Fire network monitoring platform should beequipped with full-time staffs on duty, every shift should be less than oneperson and be equipped with one there were not less than 1 per shift, andequipped with one fixed line telephone in order to contact the relevant pointin time control personnel on duty.Monitoringshould be subject to fire department training of qualified personnel on dutyafter show certificates.

4.Each project’s fire control room should be equipped with 24-hourmonitoring to ensure the breakdown and fire alarm can be found and dealt intime.  Fire control room should beequipped with full-time students on duty, every shift should be no less than 2people.  Fire control room attendantsshould go through the fire department related certificates after training

5. to deal with the problems of firefacilities in time and to repair those which cannot be dealt within demandedtime. 

6.To havefire facilities’ checking  tocommunication production administration, production complex building,communications customer service room, production management and so on for atleast one time of each year and to rectify  those disqualifiedprojects and parts

7. To provide fire facilities’ checking report each year and to comment the functions andimprovement measures of fire system and to report to the safety managementdepartment of each project for confirmation. 

8. To notify each project’ssecurity management staffs for confirmation during the process when theequipments need to be changed during the period of maintanence.
